Very best wishes,
Any of us can feel lonely now and then, but never before have so many people felt isolated than during the recent Coronavirus restrictions. Even though restrictions have now been lifted many are still feeling vulnerable and isolated. Whether you are feeling lonely at home, have had to distance from family and friends, suffered bereavement or just need a friend to help lighten the day for you, we are here to support you.
Starting a chat with someone who genuinely takes an interest and wants to improve your wellbeing might just be what you need! Sometimes it can just be hard to tell others that you feel lonely or low. Drop us a line here and Patricia, our experienced volunteer, will be in touch to offer warmth and support via phone, online or email. Don’t hesitate – get in touch now. Patricia is available 10am – 2pm but may well be able to respond outside these hours when she can.
Please note that Patricia does not offer therapy. If you have more complex needs, please approach the correct agency. If you are unsure where to start then there are some agencies listed on our front page. There is also our referral form for you to complete if you are a victim of domestic or sexual abuse.
