Louise Murphy is an Employee of the Year Finalist in EVAs 2022

Congratulations to Louise Murphy who is one of the finalists in the prestigious #EVAs2022. She is in the “Employee of the Year” category. Louise has been supported by Women Out West in the past, and spoke to ITV in an interview here about her experiences of domestic abuse. Rachel Holliday, founder and CEO of Time to Change, has won an award for her pioneering work in West Cumbria. She was named as Inspirational Woman of the Year at the Enterprise Vision Awards. Women’s Safety

Our thoughts are with the family of Sarah Everard. The sad news this week has re-launched an important conversation about the dangers that women face due to male violence. We do recognise that many men are not violent. However women should not feel scared to leave there home alone. Women Out West can advise women on the safety measures they can take to feel safe.
