Welcome to our courses and programmes page!
We are running our essential courses now that the major restrictions of lockdown have been lifted. However, there is still limited access to the WoW Centre so access to courses is currently on an assessment basis during referrals and one-to-one meetings.
This course is led by an experienced member of the team, and is an in-depth exploration of who you are by focusing on your own thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Topics include: The Self, Emotions, Perceptions and Expectations. You'll receive a workbook to help you on your journey, and a folder full of inspirational information, quotes and ideas!
There is strong evidence to suggest women who complete this course go on to have healthier relationships, are more likely to begin volunteering and enter employment and training and less likely to find themselves in crisis. Let us help you to find your way forward!
